// MillPath for plasma
Plasma cutting paths
without the desktop software
Open a DXF, nest the parts, and get G-code that pierces in the waste, slows for holes and corners, travels round what is already cut, and cuts shared edges once. In the browser, on any computer.

// What it does
What a plasma table needs
Cut rules
Kerf, arc or line lead-ins and outs, small-hole and small-part slowdowns, corner slowdown with THC held, bridges.
Cut charts
Material and thickness lines with kerf, pierce height and delay, cut height and speed; export them as a QtPlasmaC material file.
Nesting
True-shape nesting on the sheet, with a common-line option that sets the spacing to the kerf.
Fewer pierces
Chain cutting through the waste between parts, and common-line cutting of the edges parts share.
Safe travel
Low travel between parts, rising over parts already cut; on tables without Z, the way goes round them.
QtPlasmaC materials
The program carries the torch values as a temporary QtPlasmaC material: no editing on the controller.
// Machines it speaks to
Plasma controllers
LinuxCNC QtPlasmaC, Langmuir FireControl, plasma on Mach3 / Mach4, plasma with a standalone torch height control, EIA (M07 / M08) controls. The posts follow the makers’ documents.

Router, plasma and laser in one subscription
The same account and plan cover every machine you have: switch a project from the router to the laser or the plasma table from the top bar. Projects stay in your browser.
