CAM for LinuxCNC QtPlasmaC

Plasma tables run by LinuxCNC with QtPlasmaC.

What the LinuxCNC QtPlasmaC post writes

  • M3 $0 S1 to start a cut and M5 $0 to end it, after a G0 move
  • No Z and no pierce delay: QtPlasmaC probes, pierces and holds the height from its material table
  • M63 P2 / M62 P2 for torch height control on / off; M3 $1 S1 / M5 $1 for the scribe

Files end in .ngc. Every file is read back before export and checked against the simulated toolpath.

Select the material in QtPlasmaC before running.
