Settings
| Setting | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Picture | Loaded into the operation (grey, up to 300 px); it fills the box of the selected rectangle. | |
| Line spacing | Closer lines show finer detail and take longer. Black carves a groove as wide as the spacing. | 1 mm |
| Depth for black | 0 = the depth that makes the groove as wide as the line spacing (from the bit's angle). | 0 |
| Angle, Invert | The direction of the lines; Invert carves light parts deeper. | 0°, off |
Every operation also has: Tool, Include in G-code, Own safe heights, Start depth, Coolant — see Heights. Hover the (i) next to a setting in the app for the same explanations.
Tips
- Draw the rectangle with the picture's proportions: MillPath says when they differ.
- Higher contrast pictures carve best.
